Shipping and Delivery days for all methods of shipping are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays. If your order is completed before 2pm (ET) it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm (ET) will ship the next shipping day.

🚚 Standard Shipping: Shipped within the continental US via standard home delivery service. You can expect your package 5-7 shipping days after it is shipped.

✈️ Expedited Shipping: Most SMARTY Clear Co. orders within the continental US ship via 2-3 Day service. You can expect your package three full days after the day it ships.

When your order is shipped, our fulfillment partner will email you a Tracking Number for delivery updates.

Amazon does not always ship to P.O. Boxes, so to ensure that you receive your order, please do not enter a P.O. Box in the Shipping Address.

Can't Find Your Package?

This happens sometimes, but typically the package is recovered.  Here are some tips:

  • Check if anyone from the household brought the package inside.
  • Check the bushes, front, side, and back porches, and other possible more secure delivery spots such as with your neighbors.
  • Check with your Front Office or Mail Room if it was sent to a building/apartment.

Carriers also occasionally mark packages "Delivered" before they are dropped off. In some cases, Carriers can accidentally deliver to the wrong location, but recover the package on a later date. Please contact the Carrier if it's been more than two hours since you received a delivery notification.

If your package is marked DELIVERED by the carrier, SMARTY Clear Co. is not responsible for any package theft at the Shipping Address provided.  We understand package theft can be an issue, SMARTY Clear Co. is not liable for stolen packages.  Please contact the Carrier directly or your local post office (USPS) for assistance.

SMARTY Clear Co. is also not responsible for incorrect Shipping Addresses provided by the Buyer in the Order.  If you need to update your Shipping Address, please contact us us within 1 hour of your order placement.

If the package appears to be lost in transit or shows no movement in the Carrier's Tracking, please contact us and we will work on a solution with our fulfillment partner.
